WHAT IS PECTINASE?

Pectinase is a kind of composite enzymatic system which contains polygalacturonasecellulasehemicellulase and amylase etc. It can hydrolyze pectin、cellulose、hemicellulose and starch to monosaccharide and oligosaccharide, and improve nutritional value and filterability of Juice.
